We're in the process of starting a food business where we will produce several lines of product. Do we need to trademark our business name or the name of each product we come up with? For example, say the busines name is "grandmas foods" and we create and sell "grandmas grape jelly", "grandmas extra sour candy" and so on. Do we trademark "grandmas" in the jelly and candy categories, do we trademark "grandmas foods" in each category, or do we trademark each product name in its category? Your insight is appreciated.
