Trademark?

I intend to register a Trademark for a brand name for a clothing line I have designed.I am reasonably sure that no one is using this name as a line of clothing. However, there is someone who has a corporation in the same name, but it is a totally different business. They are offering a service.

Question; Can i still proceed with my trademark application if somebody has their coporate name the same. Two totally different businesses.
