Dear Mike, You screw up now it is down the line that it cost much more than you might save, not using a proper lawyer. I also emphasise that you use an IP lawyer. Many GP's don't even understand the subtleties of Intellectual Property law and what goes on in the USPTO. The USPTO is getting a little cazy now too. M.
