They are usually very helpfull. : Jess Not to be a nay sayer (hopefully just a good point of advice), but I'd strongly recommend taking your attempt at a patent application to a patent attorney/agent to review. If your patent application is really important to you, you owe it to yourself to make sure you didn't make some big mistake that might have serious legal consequences. I have a number of clients write their first draft. Some save me substantial time and themselves money. Others don't. Most importantly, don't publicly disclose or use your invention before you have a patent application on file. Regards.
