: Not to put words in Mr. Auslander's mouth, but it's rather simple to search for patents written by a specific attorney/agent.

: The US Patent and Trademark Office has a search site here. Just search for "lrep/auslander".

: Just a few caveats: First, there may be more than one Auslander, so look for the legal representative listed on the patent. Second, just because his firm is listed doesn't mean he himself wrote it. Another attorney in the firm could have written it or his firm could have simply assumed prosecution of an application written elsewhere. It happens. Lastly, the list is likely incomplete since it's fairly likely that cases he has written have been transferred to another firm which didn't name him on the patent.

: But your list will have a number of patents for which his firm was responsible when those patents issued. Chances are that he wrote at least some of those.

: Regards.

: : Dear M. Arthur Auslander,

: : Can you tell me of some existing patents that you have personally written? A few patent numbers would be a good start.
: : I notice you often say that most patents are not worth the paper they are written on. If so, this is a sad reflection on our law schools and all of the patent agents and attorneys out there.

: : Please, let's see an example of some of your work. And not that of agents you have hired to write the application and claims for you.
: :

Dear Mr. Ivey,
How many patents have you written for indiviual inventors, who have paid you for writing the application, where the individual inventor or joint inventors have earned more money than they have paid you?
