: : : : : : How often if ever do client sue their patent attorneys. I was at a party this past weekend, and an attorney told me that sometimes clients have been known to sue their patent attorneys. He did not say whay, but I assume because of shoddy work. Am I right? Why is this? : : It is called money!!!! Mr.A. why would you need more information? Just refer to your reality check. You know as well as I do, that you would be hard pressed to find legal council that would turn down someone that wants to file a patent application. They string them along for a couple of years and then tell the inventor "sorry the patent has been rejected". Council has his/her money and the inventor has lost his/her time and money. That is what you preach----..right?
Mr.A. Why do you of all people, need more information. Just refer to your reality check. : Dear Jdeal, : I would need more facts. : M.
