I have a business degree which I earned several years ago. I completed all my pre-engineering coursework and 30 additional credits in EE (1976) to qualify form the patent bar. I just graduated law school and will sit for the patent bar. : Can I make a career in the business method side of patenting? Are there firms out there doing business method patenting? Is there an oppty to perform some litigation in business methods too? : thanks Dear ab, Life is random. It is hard to be so focus. When I entered law school the dean wisely advised, "--it will happen--" once you are in practice. One way to go is to try and get a job with and IP firm. I have never heard of a firm specializing in method patents. M. Arthur Auslander Auslander & Thomas-Intellectual Property Law Since 1909
