I have a question for Mr. Auslander. I have a business degree which I earned several years ago. I completed all my pre-engineering coursework and 30 additional credits in EE (1976) to qualify form the patent bar. I just graduated law school and will sit for the patent bar.

Can I make a career in the business method side of patenting? Are there firms out there doing business method patenting? Is there an oppty to perform some litigation in business methods too?
