I am seeking information on trademarks pertaining to geographic locations and the rights of those trademarks. First off I believe there is no problem in trademarking a geographic location, such as Philadelphia for cream cheese. However if I am another cream cheese maker and located in Philapelphia, does the owner of the trademark have any right to stop me from making cream cheese and marking my product with "Made in Philadephia".

Any comments anyone?
