I manufacture plastic sculpture, another company bought them and sold them as their own almost exclusively. Sometimes the two companies discussed ideas before I sculpted and molded and manufactured them. Now the other company has since found that we weren't selling exclusively to them. They have filed a lawsuit claiming we are infringeing on their intellectual property and have no right to do so. There were no contracts signed by us and ultimately the design came from my mind. Is there any validity to the other company's claim?
