Dear Mr. Auslander,

Thank you for your elucidation, but as a fellow attorney, I realize the utility of lawyers.

I appreciate on a deep level your smug attitude. You might even say I can identify, to a certain extent.

However, I find your condesension rude, and your use/abuse of what masquerades as a forum for the exchange of information and expertise as a crude advertising tool. You must admit that there are similarities between this method and the practices of those attorneys who give our profession a bad reputation by listening to police scanners and chasing ambulances.

As to my question, I will go elsewhere for real advice. As a young attorney and admittedly inexperienced, I had hoped for some useful pointers in my first practical experience with Tradmark registration (on a mark of my own, to first learn the ropes without injuring a client's interests...) but alas, I have looked in the wrong place.

No need to reply, I won't be visiting your "forum" again.
