: I up starting up a business (online eCommerce and marketing) and have a name (eg. CoName). The name I was going to use is trademarked by a company manufacturing environmental products. Can two companies hold the same trademark in such a case? : If I buy a domain name (CoName.Com) with full intention of starting an online business, could this get me in trouble with the existing trademark holder (manufacturer). : Thanks
