In regards to Janice question, I have a similar question. I want to protect my business trade name. The business/trade name is registered in my state. Am I basically protected from anyone in the world or US having a business name with the same name?
What if my companies name is KoKo's. How can I also protect it from being slightly modified. Like Ko Ko's. This time the name has no space in between.
