Liquor Bottle water pipes

I am looking to start a business manufacturing water pipes for the tobacco industry which are made out of liquor bottles with all specific brand indentifying labels intact. I was trying to find out whether or not this would be in any violation of copyright or trademark laws. Would I need permission from such companies to use their bottles or have to pay them a royalty? Also under the assumption that this is not in any way breaking any laws, is this idea or product able to be copyrighted/trademarked? Any information you can lend on this topic would be greatly appreciated.
