If you are saying that the company somehow stole your trademark then I would definately seek out an intellectual property lawyer. Also, as far as contacting a disctrict attorney, I am unaware of a situation where a DA could help you out in a trademark respect. I may be wrong in this respect though. I would be much better to contact an IP lawyer. Hope that helps,
