: If someone is selling something on eBay and in their description they use a trademarked name in their description, is this trademark infringemen? Specifically, a person makes bracelets, the crystals that they use, are a specific brand and the name is trademarked, but in order for the artist to describe their product they need to use the brand name in their description, is this trademark infringement? They are not calling their item the trademark name, but just stating that the crystals they use are brand ABC.
