My basic question is: can I use the names "NHL" or "National Hockey League" or the names of the franchises in this book without infringing a law? Obviously I would have to do that to finish this book. There won´t be any NHL shield pictures or team logos there, just the words and phrases mentioned above and e.g. Detroit Red Wings, Wayne Gretzky or Pittsburgh Penguins. : : This publication would be in no way affiliated with the NHL, so-called not official.
