: I am a newbie so here goes. I assume it is necessary to obtain written approval when using a trademark logo. If my assumptions are correct then:
: 1. Where would one begin obtaining such permission?
: 2. Are there any examples of consent forms on the internet?
: 3. Are royalties typically paid out when using a logo in a retail product?
: 4. Are my assumtptions correct? Specifically other company logos and band logos.

Dear J Slover,
It depends on what you plan to do and then if you act indpendantly there may be questions of dilution and unfair competition.
