As far as the Trademark issue goes with the name "Skywagon" if it is not trademarked, am I accurate to assume that I can use it until i am ordered to stop since I was not notified by the ® symbol? And since the name was not TM'd that I will not have to pay monitary damages?

My same questions apply to a 1950 Ford pickup. Can I build an exact replica since ford no longer builds them? If it was marketed as a Ranger can I market it as a Ranger? What about a 1976 Jaguar XJS?

We are a rebuild shop that rebuilds airplanes that are no longer in production. However, all of the parts are still manufactured and available for purchase. So, we have decided to assemble completely new airplanes from parts. What kinds of trouble am I setting myself up for?

thanks for any input.
