I see many questions and answers pertaining to the licensing of
logos of major sports teams, however, you fail to answer the
primary question in almost every case. Obviously there are upfront
fees (50 K?), and minimum maintenance fees (how much?), but what
about royalties? How do I get in contact with the entities about
licensing my product with them. Is it better to go through an agency
that specializes in this sort of thing, or can the "little guy" do
okay? Does there exist such a thing as "exclusive" rights, if so is
this common, or is it unaffordable? Thanks in advance to your detailed
