: Just wondering because we are having communication from a company. Say their name is RaidersPottery and their site has to do with a very popular pottery and they are in Raiders (yes, football) territory... can they legally stop somebody on a different discussion board from using raiderspotterygirl???

Dear Josi,

They can't stop free speech, but if they have legitimate rights they may be able to stop trademark infringement or unfair competition.
