No - it's not an intellectual exercise... as the owner of a discussion board, I have received a letter from another website stating I must remove a certain person's screen name because it added "girl" to what is their website... which is ridiculous. That's why I'm wondering (before I take non-action) how far they can say their name reaches. In this case, if I were to add the word "ball" to their website name - it brings up another, totally separate website - I'm sure they could not tell those people to cease and desist.

This is not yet a legal matter, and I don't want it to be... but I'm not just going to stand-down when I'm not sure they have the right to tell me to.
