I would like to propose a hypothetical. I would like to publicise my company by placing my own trademark on a company vehicle. Is there a concern regarding blurring or any other issue if my trademark completely covers, and in so doing renders non-visible, the vehicle manufacturers trademark underneath? Would it make any difference if I was renting advertising space on my vehice, which would also cover up the vehicle manufacturers trademark? Thanks in advance for you assistance.
