What I would like to do is to sell the product in the U.S., but would like some protection from competitors while I am branding the product in the U.S. I saw some information on Industrial Design that said you had to apply per state. Is that what I should pursue? Any advice you could give me would be greatly appreciated. I don't believe that you can get a valid patent on what you have described in any country. There may be other things that can be done. M. Arthur Auslander
