: Yes, it is reasonable to get a good IP job without a degree. Tons of people do it every year. Try and get some law firm experience so that you have a better idea of what IP law is. Go to martindalehubbel.com and search for IP law firms in your area and apply. You want to look under patent prosecution or IP litigation. You will increase your chances of entering the IP world if you pass the patent bar, but you may later realize that patent law isn't what you want to do with your life. Law school is a great idea.

: : : First, is it reasonable to think that I could get

: : : Third, is a patent examiner or IP paralegal
: : : reasonable jobs to get experiance for IP Law?

: : : The reason I ask this is that almost all the jobs I

: : : Please help me outline an order of operations for

: : First check to see if you quality to take the patent bar. If you do study and take. IP is the new frontier. Being and examiner is good experience.

IP snd IP law are the hottest thing about. If you take a prep course for the Patent Bar and pass, it ought to be a very good start for getting a job.
