Sounds like your not not a good Patent lawyer then...isnt that what a patent is supposed to prevent against?

What is this "Reality check" that you keep talking about in every reply I have read on this forum. Are you sellingh something? What is the cost of it and how can this prevent the same thing as a company running away with a 50Mil idea?

I can not find a www.auslander.com site to look for more details.
