: Dear Dave,
: It sounds like you do not understand patent law. I don't bother with the commerciality of having a website.

Your right... I dont understand it and that is why I am reading on the forum. I have an idea for an item and I want to get it patent. I dont want to take it to show someone (purchase idea) only to have them copy it because they worked there way around the patent.(as you describe happening on the patent you did)

When others have asked this same question of you...the Mention is always of this "Reality Check". Well what is it? If you dont have a website to find out more info on it...and you dont provide more details on it...then to me its not a REALITY.

please provide more info

Regards
Dave
