I am studying for it right now and I am not planning on attending law school until next year. : Couple of questions. I am getting my PhD degree in biochemistry this August. I am enthusiastic about pursuing career in patent law. Do you think it is feasible to get a position in this field without taking the patent bar examination? Also, is it a common practice for law firms to send their employees to law school for training or is it rather an exception?
