I know that one way of correcting inventorship is by applying for (Certificate of Correction). The result of this is an ammendment will be added to the end of the patent showing the correct inventor changes but the patent cover page will still show incorrect inventor. Is there a way to get the cover page of the patent changed to reflect the correct inventors? Would a reissue and republication do it?
Regards,
John
