Because many patents I dealt with here are US patents, I intend to study US patent law this year in a US law school and come back to China after 1-2 year patent practice in US after graduation. I have some questions: : 1. Should I enrol in Franlin Pierce Law Center (IP ranking: 3, total ranking: 4th tier), Boston U (IP ranking: 9, total ranking: 27) or U of Houston (IP ranking: 4, total ranking: 50) to pursue my M.I.P or LL.M. degree, if I am admitted by the three law schools at the same time? - about the ranking again :) : 2. After graduation with MIP or LLM and passing US patent bar, is it difficult for me, a foreigner, to find a US patent/IP firm or big corporation to practice around 1~2 years? (I have passed Chinese lawyer bar and patent bar) : Thanks in advance!!! Hi, Friend:
