What can be added is that even a book on do it yourself patents, does not help one to be able to draft patent claims that give the protection that you need. What is more such protection is often not available even in a issued patent solicited by a concerned Registered Patent Lawyer. It is a tough business to make money with ideas. It can be done. It is also easy to spend large amounts of money and even get patent which can legitimately be avoided. I fight with our Reality Check® to save clients money, time and worry. M.
