Yes I understand the need for legal advice particularly in starting a new business. However, the question originally posted is so broad about starting the business, that the person may not have a clear idea of how to go about the whole process of starting the business. The article I referred hopefully will give her an idea as to the rudiments of starting the clothing line business that she hopes to start. Once she has an understanding of how to go about the whole thing, she can have a clearer idea of what kind of legal advice she may need for this business.
