If I see Auslander tout his Reality Check (BS)... um.. I mean (SM)... one more time, I swear I'm going to cuss out the silly bastard (now that the patbar exam is over and I have more time) ;-)
Is the reason for the existence of his Reality Check system directly related to the fact that he's attempting to solicit work for his seemingly two-attorney outfit? Hmmm... let's see... "I'll be as honest as I can to my "clients" and tell them that 95% of them will never see a penny profit from their patents, thereby resulting in them not engaging me as their patent attorney." Yup, that makes perfect business sense! ...and let's not forget how posting a reply with his business card attached to every message here makes him look like a desperate ambulance-chasing IP attorney!
Can we perhaps all chip in to buy Auslander a cyber-cookie? I feel sorry for the poor guy... and I thought all this time that IP attorneys were a cut above the rest. Oh well.
