HELP! I know this is a very old case (US Court of Appeals. Eighth Circuit, 1966. 360 F.2d 977), but it is also a very important one defining what constitutes a "patent" under US patent law. I have to research it for one of my classes, and am having no luck finding anything about it on the internet. Can anyone help? It deals with the German Gebrauchsmuster and is in regards to patents filed in both the US and Germany during the years 1953 and 1954. The Gebrauchmuster is # 1,660,844 and the US Patent # is '830. Thanks for any and all information. Please email me or post a follow-up!
