I have lodged a provisional patent in Jan 2001. I am planning to sell the idea. Is it adivcable to sell the idea at this stage. It will be highly appreciated if you could advice me on how to go about withit. I find it very hard to go with a confidentiality agreement to businesses as it is acting more as a negative factor in my pursiut to sell my idea. Is it advisable for me go ahead with the proposal without a confidentiality agreement. Are my rights lost in the process of doing this. Very happy if you could help.
