I would like to find out if an idea I have aready has a patent. The subject is computer lap top/functions and uses. Do I need a technology patenr lawyer(do they exist?)How do I find one. Can they find out if I have a viable product. I have thought my idea out in great detail and am sure of its financial capability for all those to be involved. I need help to get it started and have no clue where to begin. Please help.
