: This is some of my homework assignment that I'm having problems with. This is NOT a real case. : Here's the fake case... : A gallery purchased posters from a well known artist. The gallery used a process that literally lifts the ink off the poster and transferres it to canvas, it leaves the poster blank of ink. The gallery has a web site that features the image of the artists work for sale on canvas. The web site also displays a photograph and biography and several excerpts from articles, with reviews of the artist. : So that was it... now I need to know these 4 things. : I need to Identify the Intellectual property, then the rights associated with the intellectual property and any violations of the interests and rights. Then give a proposed order of action. I'm struggling with this so anyone who understands this could you please help. : I'm suppose to answer the questions as though I was the lawyer for the artist.
