Is a question copyright protected? For example, the question "Who was first actor to play James Bond?" appears in a book, in trivia games, magazines, etc. All of which are copyright protected. It seems reasonable that anyone could create such a question and the same is not unique intellectual property. As such, if one were to copy such generic questions from the above sources for use in a new trivia game has any law been violated? Where is the line drawn? Thanks
