New Program Name

I am developing a new program for adolescents in Denver.

I am considering the name:

"PATHWAYS" as an acronym for "Prejudice Awareness Through Humanity"
I don't find "Pathways" alone used locally (there are entities such as Pathways Church, etc.), but do I need to copyright and how do I find out if there is a duplication somewhere?
