I've been asking them to provide me with the palettes. : I've received quite a bit of interest but the process can be slow so I'd like to just publish them without permission. : So, if I scan in (or otherwise match to the best of my ability) colors from a manufacturer's product line, can I use those colors, names and product numbers in my product? : It seems that I am actually promoting their products for free and they would be hard-pressed to prove damages but I don't want to get into trouble. : Thanks, : -Rob
