: I organised a specialist event with a certain format and featuring certain artists and personalities. An ex-employee, who now works for a competitor in business, used the exact format and same artists in a similar event recently. I was planning to hold another of these events, but had to cancel because of this. : Do I hold any intellectual copyright on the original idea, and can I do anything about it?
