I live in UK and had a photo taken in Greece by another UK resident. The photo has been used on his commercial website without my permission. The photo could be considered 'compromising' Where do I stand? Are there any copyright laws that come into effect? Or any other UK laws that I might have recourse to? If he is to use my photo for commercial gain, can I not expect some recompense?
