hi people!i want to make a website that broadcasts movies on-line.where can i find articles about where i should pay the copyrights for movies and broadcasting?to whom?how much are the fees?are different fees for different types of movies?please someone knows somethign about it?i apreciate if you will asnswer me!oh!by the way is a difference in fees if i am from europe and i want to broadcast to north america?

I don't think there are any set fees for what you describe.  You'll have to negotiate deals with the rights holders for each movie you want to broadcast, I believe.
