Similar name question???

Hello,
If a proposed trademark name is similar, but in different order, and in the same or similar class for goods & services, would this be trademark infringement?
Example:
King Burger, rather than, Burger King?

It would be fact-dependent, so there is no single answer, but IMHO it's highly likely that there would be "likelihood of confusion" and that it would be considered infringement.
