« on: 01-02-18 at 04:54 am »

I know I can request not to publish an US application.
Can I request not to publish a PCT? How to?
Thanks!

No, publication is a requirement for PCT filing.

BTW, if the US application associated to the PCT must also be published, and the request to publish needs to be made within 45 days of filing.

PS Sen. Kelly Ayotte supported the TPP (would've made ALL US applications required to be published). Kelly votes in the same school I do in Nashua, NH (we had at one time the same pharmacy, saw her come out a couple of times). I do not support making US applications publishable, ex-Senator Ayotte still lives around me. Single issue voter, that's NH for you!
