Say there is this product name "Hot Glass" trademarked by someone.
If I buy the domain name HotMagicGlass.com, will this be considered as TM infringement?

Just to let you know, I intend to promote the same product on the domain I am going to register. It will be an affiliate website and will promote the same product listed on Amazon. I am definitely going to put all affiliate disclosures in place, and the website won't be misleading in any way.

Your thoughts on this would be appreciated.

Thanks

Maybe.  They can certainly sue over it and drag you through the courts.  More importantly, they can use the UDRP to try to take away your domain, which is a separate proceeding only loosely tied to trademark.
