Claim Construction Case Law
« on: 03-12-17 at 08:17 pm »

Do you guys know of any case law saying something along the line of:

During claim construction, courts need not construe claims terms to their absolute accuracy (or so as to leave absolutely no room for question) as long as one of ordinary skill in the art can understand it?

Any similar case law will help.

All help greatly appreciated, thanks!
