I recently had a design removed from my Amazon seller account due to copyright infringement. It is my own design (I made it myself with clipart and fonts) but apparently the wording has been copyrighted. I thought that phrases were not copyrightable? This copyright is listed as "Visual Material". Isn't that a work of art, not a phrase? I am a little confused. The same person filed a trademark registration for the wording (serial number 87025474 which has been refused).

Here is the registration number of the copyright: VA0002011546

Here is a picture of my design: carefreetees.com//assets/images/Passout/passoutblue.jpg

Can anyone explain how this is considered visual copyright material?

Thank you,
Karen
