Hmmm  IMO Fordham belongs in the mix too.  Better?  How do I measure that?  Number of cases allowed?  Number of grads sitting on CAFC?  Number of law review articles cited by SCOTUS?   Number of grads annually hired by name botiques?  All those schools are top notch.  But Havud has "cachet", Yalies may differ.
