The service is called PatentFly: http://www.patentfly.com/.  You can see how it works/looks here: http://www.patentfly.com/how_it_works.jsp.

It's not clear to me how PatentFly is different from http://www.pat2pdf.com/ or http://www.pat2pdf.org/ or the original pat2pdf (http://www.tothink.com/pat2pdf/) or PatentMailer (http://www.valdemar.net/~erik/pmailer/) or ....

I'm working on an improvement to PatentMailer which handles a wider variety of patent document types (reissues, design, statutory invention registrations, defensive publications, etc.) and allows you to request up to 5 documents at once.  I'll feed it back into the OSS stream when it's working.
